HOSPITAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa and South Illinois)

 

 

 

Summary:

Cenorin, LLC is an established Medical Device Manufacturer located in Kent, Washington (Seattle area).  The company has a unique disposable line of products with a very large market potential. The product line is very timely in the marketplace due to its infection control and cost savings benefits.  It is primarily sold into hospitals and medical centers and also has great potential in the home health care market.  The products are sold through specialty medical distributors as well as the large “box movers”.  The ideal candidate for this position would have a thorough understanding of the healthcare market, manage a distributor sales team, have some knowledge of the hospitals and medical centers within the territory, and a history of successfully selling single use disposable products to health care professionals. Extensive travel required. 

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify customers such as hospitals, medical centers, and alternate care facilities for potential business opportunities. Identify key influencers and decision makers at the aforementioned facilities. Conduct presentations with select individuals and groups of individuals discussing key benefits of our products with the goal of persuading them to evaluate and purchase. Work with distributor reps and individually in departments within the facilities to implement usage of the products.
  • Travel throughout the territory working with distributor sales representatives as well as working alone to call on current and potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Three years or more of successful sales of disposable medical devices to healthcare institutions as mentioned above. Ability to work with and manage individual distributor sales organizations. Conduct distributor and sales rep training on customer sites and in the field. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or closely related field.

Job Related:

  • Candidate needs to be located centrally in Southern California. Compensation:  $70K base with aggressive commission plan. Travel expenses reimbursed.
