With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) Cenorin wanted to update you on our position with regards to the servicing of our equipment.
Cenorin is committed to ensuring that patient care is not hindered by malfunctioning medical equipment. However, as Cenorin is located in the greater Seattle area, it may not be possible or prudent to have Cenorin service technicians come on-site to perform service at this time. If your equipment is malfunctioning, Cenorin service will work to locate a third-party service technician to come on-site or provide you with detailed instructions and phone/video conferencing to walk your personnel through troubleshooting and repair activities. If you have regular service or preventative maintenance needs, please contact our service department to discuss your options.
Future state, federal, and local government decisions related to COVID-19 are unknown and may impact our response. Cenorin is committed to you, our customer, and will keep you informed if the above information changes.
